Job summary

The role includes taking vital signs, measuring intake/output, assisting with meals, and performing basic clinical procedures as trained. A High School Diploma and BLS are required or expected within 90 days; CNA certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire or expected.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Medical terminology knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Vital Signs monitoring and documentation.
• Height and Weight measurement.
• Oxygen saturation checks and reporting observations to RN.
• Collect specimens for analysis as directed.
• Record and monitor intake and output.
• Assist patients with personal care and daily activities.
• Perform basic clinical procedures under RN supervision.
• Assist with nutrition needs and room service setup.
