Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent is required.
• Active CNA certification preferred.
• BLS/CPR required within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical care to assigned patients and perform point-of-care testing.
• Implement nursing orders promptly and with understanding of purpose.
• Maintain safety and comfort of patients; ensure proper positioning and hygiene.
• Enter all data into the computer system and communicate observations to the team.
• Attend staff meetings and read minutes; follow unit policies.
