Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CNA certification preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification within 90 days of start date.
• Zero to six months of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical patient care and perform technical skills such as point of care (POC) testing.
• Implement nursing orders promptly with understanding of their purpose.
• Maintain safety and comfort; ensure a clean, well-stocked work area.
• Enter data into the computer system and communicate patient observations to the nurse in charge.
• Provide age-appropriate care and demonstrate growth and development knowledge.
• Attend staff meetings and maintain competency for Basic Life Support.
