Adventist HealthCare Rockville Rehab is seeking an experienced Patient Care Technician (CNA) to support our Rehabilitation team. You will perform vital signs and assist with activities of daily living under RN supervision, while considering diverse patient needs.

This full-time, night shift role offers 36 hours per week, competitive pay ($19.21–$24.90/hour) and strong benefits including medical, dental, vision coverage and retirement contributions. Employment is non-exempt under FLSA.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Maryland CNA License required.
• BLS certification required.
• Successful CNA program completion and CNA exam required.

Responsibilities

• Perform vital signs and activities of daily living under RN supervision.
• Consider needs and behaviors of specific patient populations.
• Participate in education programs, meetings and professional initiatives.
• Follow care plans established by the RN and receive reports from the RN.
• Contribute to a culture of safety and maintain clean, properly stored work areas.
