Job summary

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in an acute care setting or currently enrolled in a nursing program preferred.
• BCLS - Basic Life Support within 90 days of hire required; CPCT or CNA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and maintain a clean, safe patient environment.
• Collect and record vital signs, intake/output, and other data, communicating findings to RN/LPN.
• Support patients with meals, personal care, grooming, and mobility as needed.
• Maintain infection control practices and appropriate PPE use.
• Participate in performance improvement and safety initiatives.
