Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides clear, timely communication to the RN about patient observations and changes.
• Maintains constant observation of high-risk patients as assigned.
• Contributes to a safe environment and uses appropriate interventions; assists with restraints if needed.
• Assists patients with daily living activities including hygiene, mobility, meals.
• Aids in moving, lifting, positioning, and transporting patients using proper safety techniques.
