Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of employment.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear, timely communication to the RN regarding patient observations.
• Maintain constant observation of high-risk patients as assigned.
• Assist with daily living activities and safe patient handling.
• Support patient safety and participate in care procedures as directed.
