Job summary

Geisinger is seeking a Patient Care Technician to support the ACE Nursing Model on Advanced Acute Care Units in Danville. You will perform essential ADLs, collect vitals, and assist with tests under RN supervision.

We offer a $1,500 sign-on for eligible candidates, a minimum rate of $18.94 per hour with shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends, and up to $40,000 in education assistance to become a nurse. Benefits begin on day one.

Qualifications

• Performs ADLs, hygiene, mobility, and daily care tasks.
• Follows clinical instructions and communicates effectively with the care team.
• Demonstrates reliability, punctuality, and attendance to support patient care.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary facilitator of ADLs and daily care tasks.
• Collect vital signs and daily weights; assist with Point of Care testing.
• Turn and reposition patients; monitor equipment and supplies.
