Job summary

Geisinger is seeking a Patient Care Technician to deliver high-quality patient care in a clinical setting. The role requires reliability, punctuality, and teamwork to support the care team and ensure positive patient outcomes.

Full-time evenings/nights (36 Hours/Weekly) with a 7pm–7:30am schedule and every‑other weekend/holiday rotation. Includes a $1500 sign-on bonus, minimum $18.94/hr, and up to $40,000 in financial support to become a nurse.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; specialty training preferred.
• Experience in patient care settings and teamwork is desirable.
• Basic life support may be required within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist with advanced patient care under RN supervision.
• Support activities of daily living and patient comfort.
• Document care and maintain accurate medical records.
• Coordinate transport for tests and patient to labs.
