Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Patient Care Tech at Evanston Hospital. This night-shift role (11:00 pm–7:30 am) is available full time/part time/per diem with weekend coverage at Evanston Hospital.

Under RN supervision you will deliver patient care, assist with vital signs, EKGs, specimen collection, baths, and discharge preparation while supporting the care plan and unit functions. Eligible to work in the U.S., CNA training preferred or nursing clinical rotation, and current BLS certification are

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Completion of an accredited CNA training course preferred or nursing clinical rotation

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care under RN supervision
• Assist with vital signs and 12-Lead EKG
• Assist with Foley catheter removal and IV adapter removal
• Bathing, beds, ambulating, turning, hourly rounding
• Prepare patients for discharge and support care plans
