Endeavor Health in Arlington Heights, IL is seeking a dedicated Patient Care Technician for the Post Surgical Unit Nights. This full-time role is 36 hours weekly, with 7:00 pm to 7:30 am shifts and every other weekend.

You will assist with personal care, mobility, and vitals under RN/LPN supervision; complete EKGs and specimen collection as directed; and help with admissions, discharges, and transport. CNA or EMT training and CPR certification are required.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CNA certification (or EMT/paramedic training) or current enrollment in nursing program with clinical rotation.
• Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsabilidades

• Assist patients with personal care and daily activities under RN/LPN supervision.
• Support mobility and safety with proper body mechanics.
• Record vital signs, inputs/outputs, and accu-checks; perform EKGs and specimen collection as directed.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, transfers, and transportation; respond to call lights.
