Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and assist based on the plan of care.
• Support admission, transfer, and discharge processes; report patient data.
• Perform procedures safely and document care accurately.
• Collaborate with nurses to adapt care for diverse populations.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and meet patient needs.
