Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a Patient Care Technician training program or equivalent clinical experience.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Proven experience in a healthcare setting providing direct patient care.

Responsabilités

• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding as needed.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report abnormalities to nursing staff.
• Support patient mobility and safe transfers to prevent complications.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment following infection control protocols.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families to provide emotional support.
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to implement patient care plans.
• Document patient care activities accurately in health records.
