Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a healthcare setting providing direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding).
• Monitor and record vital signs; report abnormalities.
• Support mobility and transfers to prevent complications.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment following infection control protocols.
• Communicate with patients and families to provide support and address needs.
• Collaborate with nurses and other professionals to implement care plans.
• Document patient care in EHRs or paper charts.
• Respond promptly to patient call lights and requests.
