Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous nursing assistant experience or clinical exposure preferred.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living and basic nursing care.
• Take and document vital signs; monitor patient status and report changes.
• Perform phlebotomy and assist with bedside care (bathing, mouth care, skin care).
• Maintain accurate notes in EHR and protect patient confidentiality.
• Support care plans and coordinate with RNs, doctors and therapists.
• Apply infection control protocols and respond to emergency situations with BLS when needed.
