Job summary

Penn Medicine Doylestown Health is seeking a professional nurse to join Med Surg Tele (3 Acute West). The role provides professional nursing care in alignment with the Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.

You will collaborate with physicians, document care plans, and educate patients and families. Weekend day shifts (3/4) provide opportunities to contribute to high-quality patient care.

BSN is required; ACLS and BLS are required; strong teamwork and critical thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• BSN required and licensed to practice nursing.
• ACLS and BLS certification required.
• Hours: 3/4 Weekend Program Day Shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
• Collaborate with physicians to implement the medical plan and execute unit goals.
• Document patient plans of care, assessments, and progress; communicate with the care team.
• Promote patient safety and quality through adherence to protocols and ongoing education.
• Actively participate in department quality initiatives and professional development.
