Qualifications

• One year of clinical experience required or successful completion of the intern program.
• Basic clinical skills: safely perform routine delegated patient care activities and report pertinent data.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with changing/dressing.
• Transport patients by stretcher, bed, or wheelchair.
• Identify abnormal findings and report to nursing staff.
• Escort patients to holding rooms and orient them to the environment.
• Verify patient information and ensure accuracy of records.
• Provide basic care under supervision and monitor vital signs.
