Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care including toileting, bathing, mobility, and comfort.
• Report changes in patient condition and coordinate with RN.
• Assist unit operations, transcribe orders, and support health unit coordination as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure safe patient care.
