Responsabilités

• Performs direct and indirect patient care as assigned by the charge nurse.
• Takes vital signs and relays information to nursing staff.
• Assists with meals, linen changes, bathing, turning patients, and call light response.
• Performs related clerical and transcription duties on the unit.
• Documents orders in the electronic medical record and assists with discharge/transfer paperwork.
