Job summary

Newton-Wellesley Hospital, part of Mass General Brigham, seeks a Patient Care Associate to support nursing staff and the care team in delivering safe, compassionate patient care during night shifts.

Under RN supervision, PCAs assist with clinical tasks, uphold quality standards, and support the care team. Certification as CNA/PCT/MA/EMT or enrollment in training is preferred, with nursing students considered. Onsite, 40 hours weekly, with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Certification as a CNA, PCT, MA, EMT or commensurate experience required.
• Nursing students in BSN or direct-entry master's programs preferred for PCA roles.

Responsibilities

• Assist in clinical support functions under RN supervision to promote safe patient care.
