Responsibilities

• Assists patients with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Assist with transporting patients as needed.
• Monitors patient status and reports changes to nursing staff.
• Performs basic patient care tasks under RN supervision including vital signs, phlebotomy, EKG, glucose.
• Keeps patient rooms stocked, clean and orderly.
