Memorial Healthcare System is seeking a patient care teammate to support nursing staff during nights. You will perform basic patient care tasks under an RN, including vital signs, EKG testing, and phlebotomy as needed.

The role requires assisting with daily living activities and maintaining clean patient areas in a fast-paced hospital environment. The position emphasizes patient safety and quality of care, with required BLS certification and a short ramp-up for EKG/phlebotomy competencies.

Formación

• No degree required. Basic patient care responsibilities under RN supervision.
• BLS certification required.
• EKG and phlebotomy competencies expected within six months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Perform basic patient care activities as delegated by an RN, including vital signs, EKGs, and phlebotomy.
• Assist with patient transport and activities of daily living.
• Maintain clean and stocked patient rooms and monitor patient status.
