Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, EKG testing, phlebotomy, glucose measurements, and recording intake and output. You will assist with daily living activities, keep rooms stocked, and report changes to nursing staff.

Qualifications

• No degree required; education not mandatory for the role.
• BLS certification and related credentials are commonly required.
• Three months of patient care experience or formal training completion is needed within six months of hire.

Responsabilités

• Monitor vital signs and perform basic patient care tasks.
• Conduct EKG testing and phlebotomy as assigned.
• Take blood glucose measurements and record intake/output.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, eating).
• Keep patient rooms and areas stocked, clean, and orderly.
• Report abnormal findings to nursing staff and assist with transport.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by RN or supervisor.
