Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of direct patient care experience or PCA externship/internship
• Enrolled in a nursing program with a first clinical rotation
• BLS certification required
• English language proficiency for safe patient care

Responsibilities

• Provide basic ADL assistance under RN supervision
• Conduct hourly rounding and document observations per policy
• Communicate with patients, families and staff professionally
• Support patient care and family-centered care in line with ICARE values
