Qualifications

• CPR and patient care skills training required.
• 0–6 months of healthcare experience preferred.
• Completion of UC Health competency training for PCA or orientation if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic direct patient care as delegated by licensed staff.
• Measure vital signs and record clinical observations.
• Assist with activities of daily living and routine care.
• Document treatments, patient data and respond to nurse call system.
• Engage with patients and families to support care plans.
