Job summary

Hospital Sisters Health System is seeking a Patient Care Assistant (PCA) to join our Regional Float team, supporting nursing staff and delivering bedside care in a hospital setting at St. Elizabeth's Hospital, O'Fallon, IL.

The role includes night shifts (7p-7a) and a 36-hour weekly schedule. Eligible candidates should have a high school diploma or GED (preferred), with 1 year acute care experience and CNA/PCT certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of experience in acute care setting preferred.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Patient Care Technician (PCT) certification in state of practice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care and support to patients in a hospital setting.
• Support nursing staff as a patient care resource on the Regional Float team.
