Qualifications

• CNA certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• Eligible to work as Nursing Assistant listed on state Nurse Aide Registry.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Able to work full-time night shifts.
• Must follow hospital policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist nurses with patient care tasks.
• Help patients with daily activities and personal care.
• Support patient comfort and safety during hospital stays.
• Monitor patients and report changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with moving and positioning patients safely.
• Maintain clean and organized patient areas.
• Follow hospital safety and healthcare procedures.
• Provide compassionate bedside support to patients.
• Work with different departments as part of the float pool team.
• Respond quickly to patient needs and requests.
• Support healthcare staff during busy shifts.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
