Hospital Sisters Health System's Regional Float team in O'Fallon, IL is seeking a Patient Care Assistant to support our nursing staff and deliver bedside care in a hospital setting. This full-time role offers night shifts (7p–7a) and a 36-hour week, with opportunities to cover assignments at sister facilities in southern Illinois.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of acute care experience, and CNA/PCT certification; BLS is required within 30 days of hire.
