Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year nursing assistant or Patient Care Assistant experience; or 6 months nursing assistant or PCA experience with certification.
• CNA or PCT certification in state of practice required with 6 months experience; certification not required if >1 year experience.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities
