HSHS Medical Group seeks a Patient Care Assistant (PCA) to join our ICU nursing support team at St. Elizabeth's Hospital, located in O'Fallon, IL. The role offers 36hrs per week with night shifts from 7p to 7a, and compensation aligned with experience.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, and either 1 year of PCA experience or 6 months with relevant certification; CNA or PCT certification is required if limited experience, with BLS within 30 days of hire.
