Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• BLS certification preferred.
• National Certification for Medical Assistant or Nursing Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs vital signs, weights/heights, intakes, and outputs with accuracy within required time frames.
• Completes all documentation in the medical record.
• Interacts with patients and families effectively.
• Helps patients with basic hygiene tasks including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding.
• Assists with turning and repositioning in bed and movement between bed and wheelchair.
• Reports health concerns to nurses.
