Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Pre-registration, registration, financial clearance, and scheduling duties.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain authorizations, referrals, and precertifications.
• Enter patient demographics and insurance information accurately; collect copays and fees.
• Greet and assist patients and visitors; ensure smooth registration experience.
• Support billing accuracy and communicate operational issues to leadership.
