AdventHealth in Wesley Chapel, FL seeks a patient access/revenue cycle professional to join our team. You will perform Medicare compliance reviews, estimate patient financial responsibility, coordinate pre-authorizations, verify insurance benefits, and register patients for services, ensuring accurate records and smooth care access.

We value excellent customer service, HIPAA compliance, and the ability to work nights and weekends in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Formación

• Associate degree preferred; High School diploma required.
• CHAA/CRCR certifications preferred but not required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Performs Medicare compliance reviews and issues ABNs as needed.
• Creates accurate estimates for patient financial responsibility and collects payments.
• Coordinates with utilization management for pre-authorization issues and ensures patients have necessary information.
• Verifies insurance eligibility and obtains pre-authorizations within established timeframes.
• Registers patients for all services with accuracy and minimal duplication of records.
• Maintains patient demographics and insurance details.
• Provides coverage for PBX and performs cashiering duties as needed.
• Delivers excellent customer service and documents communications with payers.
