Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• <2 years experience preferred.
• CHAA certification beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Utilize critical thinking to solve a variety of situations and communicate professionally with patients, families, and staff.
• Register patients and schedule in multiple BJC systems; verify insurance and collect applicable payments.
• Ensure compliance with MSP, HIPAA, and patient rights; educate patients on financial responsibilities.
• Safety-sensitive role requiring alertness and safe conduct.
