Avera McKennan Hospital is seeking a Patient Access Coordinator to support the leadership in planning, organizing, educating, and implementing activities within the Patient Access core operations. You will oversee daily workflow, track turnaround times, coordinate staff scheduling, and serve as a key liaison among the team.

Responsibilities include coordinating orientation, scheduling, and training; ensuring adequate staffing; maintaining effective communication; and assisting in policy

Formación

• 1–3 years of revenue cycle experience.
• Ability to work night shifts and rotating weekends.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate staff orientation, in-services, competencies, and performance.
• Schedule staff to maintain department efficiency and coverage.
• Communicate workflows and provide timely information to supervisors/managers.
• Monitor staff performance and identify improvement needs; report to management.
• Develop and disseminate operational policies; train and retain staff; supervise workflow.
