Job summary

NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital is seeking a Patient Financial Advisor for the Night Shift (12a-8a) in the Patient Access Department. You will be the primary contact for patients, scheduling visits, registrations, and securing necessary pre-authorizations while maintaining excellent customer service.

Required: high school diploma or GED and 1 year of customer service, plus experience with electronic health information systems. Bilingual Spanish is preferred; on-site role with weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Spanish bilingual preferred.
• Experience using electronic health information systems for registration and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients for visits, tests, and admissions.
• Register patients on arrival and screen for medical necessity.
