Responsibilities

• Collect and document required demographic and financial information.
• Direct patients and explain any delays with professionalism.
• Collect copays and other financial obligations; ensure compliance.
• Use electronic registration tools as available (Wacom/iPad).
• Performs duties as assigned by management.
