Job summary

fairlife, LLC is recruiting for a Packaging Operator on the night shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) with a rotating 2-2-3 schedule. Responsibilities include setting up, operating, and assisting with labeling, case packing, blow molding, and palletizing equipment to produce defect-free packaged goods.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, fluency in English, basic math skills, and the ability to operate equipment after training. An Industrial Truck License is preferred or to be obtained.

Qualifications

• Basic math and reasoning skills.
• Ability to operate equipment after training.
• Must possess or obtain an Industrial Truck Operator License.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety, GMP, and quality rules.
• Operate and adjust labeling, case packing, blow molding, and palletizing equipment.
• Monitor machines to ensure products meet specifications and assist with cleaning.
• Inspect cases and bottles for quality and correct labeling.
• Stop machines to clear jams and report malfunctions.
• Supply equipment with materials and maintain an audit-ready packaging area.
