Sweeping Corporation of America (SCA) is hiring an Overnight Parking Lot Sweeper for a full-time, 3rd shift position at our Newark, DE location. You will drive and operate a parking lot sweeper on assigned routes, perform safety inspections, and ensure lots are clean and well-maintained.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or GED.
• Experience: 1 year driving experience preferred.
• License: Driver’s License.
• Age: Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Compliance: Must pass MVR, background check, DOT physical, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment.
• Review routes and complete jobs within allotted time with quality.
• Operate parking lot sweeper safely and in accordance with laws and procedures.
• Handle materials and dispose of waste per site requirements.
• Report equipment issues and safety concerns to management within 30 minutes.
