Job summary

SWEeping Corporation of America (SCA) is hiring an Overnight Parking Lot Sweeper for full-time 3rd shift in Charleston, SC. You will operate a parking lot sweeper, perform safety inspections, and ensure clean, safe parking areas for customers.

You will follow route plans, communicate with supervisors, and complete duties on time while adhering to company safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years driving experience preferred.
• Driver’s License required.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass MVR, background check, DOT physical and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• During routes, perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment.
• Review routes and ensure completion within the allotted time with quality.
• Operate parking lot sweepers following safety and site rules.
• Handle materials safely and dispose per procedures.
• Report equipment issues, incidents, or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain professional communication with team, supervisors, and clients.
• Complete required logs and forms accurately.
