Sweeping Corporation of America (SCA) is hiring for an Overnight Parking Lot Sweeper (Non-CDL) on a full-time basis at 201 Rutgers Street, Maplewood, NJ. This 3rd shift position offers hourly pay of $17–$18 with eligibility for a first pay increase at 6 months.

The role involves operating specialized equipment to keep parking areas clean, with safety inspections and routine reporting. Minimal travel is required, and eligibility for benefits is included as part of our comprehensive program.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or GED is required or preferred.
• Experience: 1 year driving experience preferred.
• License: Driver’s License required.
• Age: Must be at least 21 years old.
• Compliance: Pass MVR, background check, DOT physical, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment.
• Review routes and complete jobs within the allotted timeframe.
• Safely operate the parking lot sweeper and follow safety procedures.
