Sweeping Corporation of America (SCA) in Richmond, VA is hiring an Overnight Parking Lot Sweeper for a full-time, third-shift role. You will operate a parking lot sweeper, service shopping centers and lots, and help maintain clean, safe environments for our clients.

Applicants should have a High School diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and at least 21 years of age. 1 year driving experience is preferred and a background check, DOT physical, and drug screening are required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or GED.
• Experience: 1 year driving experience preferred.
• License: Driver’s License.
• Age: Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Compliance: MVR, background check, DOT physical, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Inspection: Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment; ensure safety features are operational.
• Execution: Review routes; complete jobs within allotted timeframe with quality and attention to detail.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate equipment following traffic laws and site protocols.
• Material Handling: Handle materials safely and dispose as required.
• Reporting: Report equipment issues, near misses, crashes or injuries promptly to management.
• Professional Communication: Maintain professional behavior; communicate with team, supervisors and clients.
• Compliance & Documentation: Complete logs, manifests and forms accurately.
• Adaptability & Problem Solving: Respond to changes; identify and solve issues timely.
• Regular & Predictable Attendance: Be on time and prepared; adhere to schedules.
