Sweeping Corporation of America is seeking an Overnight Parking Lot Sweeper (non-CDL) for the 3rd shift. This full-time role involves operating specialized equipment to clean parking areas, performing safety inspections, and following site-specific protocols.

You will drive among shopping centers and lots, ensuring safety and quality on every route. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and at least 1 year of driving experience.

Qualifications

• Safety procedures adherence and inspections.
• Plan routes and complete work efficiently.
• Report equipment issues and safety concerns promptly.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Operate the parking lot sweeper safely and follow traffic laws.
• Complete routes within scheduled time with quality and accuracy.
• Handle materials safely and follow disposal procedures.
• Report issues to management within 30 minutes or sooner.
• Maintain professional communication with team and clients.
• Complete required logs and forms.
• Adapt to changes and solve problems as needed.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance on all shifts.
