Sweeping Corporation of America in Annapolis Junction is seeking a Parking Lot Sweeper for the 3rd shift. You will operate a parking lot sweeper, navigate routes across shopping centers and lots, and perform safety inspections before and after each run.

A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required, with preferred 1 year of driving experience and a valid driver's license. This role emphasizes reliability, safe operation, and professional communication on site.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 1 year driving experience preferred.
• Driver’s License required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must pass MVR, background, DOT physical and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on equipment.
• Review routes and complete jobs within the allotted time.
• Safely operate equipment and follow traffic and site rules.
• Handle materials safely and dispose appropriately.
• Report equipment issues and safety concerns promptly.
• Communicate professionally with team, supervisors and clients.
• Complete required logs and documentation.
• Adapt to changes and maintain reliable attendance.
