Sweeping Corporation of America (SCA) is seeking an Overnight Parking Lot Sweeper (Non-CDL) for full-time work in Walton Hills, OH. The role involves driving a parking lot sweeper on assigned routes, including shopping centers and parking lots, with a 3rd shift schedule.

Your responsibilities include safety inspections, route review, equipment operation, and clear communication with supervisors. A valid driver's license and a clean MVR are required, along with background checks and a DOT

Qualifications

Education: High School or GED.
Experience: 1 year driving experience preferred.
License: Driver’s License.
Age: Must be at least 21 years of age.
Compliance: Pass MVR check, background check, DOT physical, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Safety & Inspection: Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment per company standards.
Execution: Review routes and complete jobs within the allotted timeframe while maintaining quality.
Equipment Operation: Safely operate equipment following traffic laws and site protocols.
Material Handling: Safely handle materials and disposal sites as required.
Reporting: Report equipment issues or safety concerns within 30 minutes and escalate as needed.
Professional Communication: Maintain professional attitude and communicate with team, supervisors, and clients.
