Parking Management Company (PMC) seeks an Overnight Lot Auditor to manage parking lot activity during the overnight shift. You will conduct audits, direct vehicles, ensure safety, and maintain a welcoming environment outdoors.

The role requires independent work, data management, and security checks while serving guests. The position emphasizes hospitality, attention to detail, and strong communication with team members, in a non-exempt, full-time/part-time capacity, with an hourly base rate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service attitude and a helpful demeanor is mandatory.
• Experience in customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audit and reconcile parking lot operations and records.
• Monitor vehicle entry/exit and ensure proper ticket matching.
• Complete shift reports detailing tickets and revenue.
• Conduct regular parking lot inspections and report safety concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the parking lot and equipment.
• Provide exceptional guest service with professional communication.
• Maintain attendance and adhere to company policies.
• Support evolving business needs with additional tasks.
