Parking Management Company seeks an Overnight Lot Auditor to manage parking lot activity during late hours. The role requires independent work, data management, and strong customer service while outdoors. Responsibilities include audits, security checks, and ensuring orderly, safe parking operations for guests.

The ideal candidate will handle vehicle activity, ticket reconciliation, and shift reporting, while upholding company standards and professional communication with guests and team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs; outdoor work in various weather.
• Valid driver’s license with clean DMV record; pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Audit and reconcile parking operations, counting vehicles and logs to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor vehicle entry/exit and report irregularities; maintain proper ticket matching.
• Complete shift reports detailing tickets and revenue; maintain operation logs.
• Conduct regular parking lot inspections for safety markings, lighting, and cameras.
• Maintain lot cleanliness and safety of spaces, equipment, and barriers.
• Deliver hospitality through professional communication and radio etiquette.
• Maintain attendance and follow company policies; support flexible scheduling.
• Perform other tasks as assigned and participate in required trainings.
