Parking Management Company is seeking an Overnight Lot Auditor to manage the hotel self-parking area during the overnight shift. You will conduct audits, direct vehicles, uphold safety, and provide friendly, efficient service outdoors.

The role requires independence, strong data handling, and the ability to work nights in varied weather. A high school diploma is expected and a valid driver’s license may be required. Compensation is hourly with benefits and training provided.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Audit and reconciliation of parking operations, including counts and logs.
• Monitor vehicle entry/exit and ensure proper ticket matching and log updates.
• Complete shift reports detailing tickets, revenue, and operations data.
• Conduct regular security inspections and enforce parking policies.
• Maintain lot cleanliness and safety; report hazards and equipment issues.
• Provide hospitality and professional customer service; follow two-way radio etiquette.
• Maintain attendance and professionalism; adapt to evolving business needs.
