Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking an Overnight Lot Auditor for its Santa Ana, CA location. This role will manage parking lot activity overnight, perform audits, direct vehicles, and support guest inquiries while ensuring safety outdoors in all weather conditions.

The ideal candidate will work independently, maintain accurate records, and uphold security and cleanliness standards in a hotel self-parking environment. Must be available for overnight shifts and comply with company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Audit parking operations, counts, tickets, and financial records.
• Monitor vehicle entry/exit and ensure proper ticket matching.
