Parking Management Company is seeking an Overnight Lot Auditor to manage parking operations during the overnight shift. The role requires auditing, directing vehicles, and maintaining safety while providing excellent guest service outdoors.

The candidate should be able to work independently, handle data responsibly, and pass a background check. This is a non-exempt, night-shift position with opportunities for overtime and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience preferred; a helpful demeanor is mandatory.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Audit and reconcile parking operations data and logs.
• Monitor vehicle entry/exit and ensure proper ticket matching.
• Complete shift reports detailing tickets and revenue.
• Inspect parking lots for safety, lighting, markings, and cameras.
• Provide hospitality and professional guest service with strong two‑way radio etiquette.
• Maintain attendance, follow policies, and assist with evolving tasks.
